📐 Score Mechanics
Baseline + Deltas
Each new journey starts at 7.0 (assumed functional). Findings apply negative deltas by severity: Critical −1.5, At Risk −1.0, Fair −0.4. Positive findings apply +0.3. The resolved = released mechanic means a finding's delta is only reversed when the fix ships to production, not when it enters delivery.
Source trust hierarchy: EKG Audit (external, systematic) → Qualitative Research (internal, sampled) → FullStory Behavioural (internal, aggregate) → Support Data (lagging indicator). When sources conflict, the lower score is used until evidence resolves. Jurnii data is tracked as a competitive reference only and does not contribute to scores.
